அவமாகும் இயுல்பிதுவோ சதியே தானோ
ஆர்வந்து செய்வதென்ன? அறியேன் யானே!
தவமுனிகள் வந்தாலும் தகுந்த வாறு
தடையகற்றித் தட்பமெய்தக் கூடாத் துன்பம்.
இவணினிமேல் செய்வதற்கோ ஏதுமில்லை
இன்னொருநாள் நன்னாளாம் மகிழ்வு காண்போம்.
