If the Indian Armed Forces wanted to bring a bull dozer to the India China
border (say in the event of an earthquake, you need heavy machinery to help in the rescue work even though the area is sparsely populated ) they will have to dismantle it into parts and fly them to the border by helicoper. There the mechanics will have to reassemble
the bull dozer and then test it.
Modi has to focus on many problems. He is remedying such problems .
It is a wonder that such problems have not been addressed previously.
