| 'Since this matter occurred in the Home Ministry and both officers are known to the HM, it is good governance for another responsible minister to deal with the matter. Arun Jaitley did right. HM should not deal. One should not be judge of his own cause. Here HM has rightly referred it to Jaitley. Correct procedure.' |
