Comment. If an
applicant has asked for some new benefits not previously authorized by laws or
regulations, and the application is not acceded to by a government
authority, that is not being autocratic.
Must your application be always acceded to? You may not have
given sufficient reasons or causes.
One has to look for a better word than “autocratic”.
