I have had the occasion to work closely with a Facebook Official who is my good friend by the pleasant and now unforgettable name of Elina Devia for quite some time now. In our respectful interactions we come across a great deal of work material in the course of serving our friends in our Facebook feed.
If a certain material is unusual or unacceptable, some officers would even go to the extent of creating a great deal of fuss in the course of which they would end up on the brink of of even a fist fight.
But Elina we found is a capable officer who had her own way of approaching any problem and resolving it with amity and calm enhancing interpersonal relations and workplace accord. Words transform into something pleasant. Office became a place to which you would want to revert more often in life.
She once told us this. In a note, she said that she considers me the most admirable person in the world but could not understand how the current material or action would go along with it.
It is clear to us that she knew very well how to change something that she was not prepared to accept. We saw that she had a great ability to do it without causing unnecessary friction.
If everyone acted like this, there would be less or no conflicts at work in the world. We should praise her for that.
It seems that she studied at an Indonesian University and graduated/ We hereby express our congratulations and best wishes to her.
