சிதறாத‌ சான்றுகளைக் கண்டு கேட்டார்!

கதறாத கட்சியினர் கதறி நிற்க,
உதறாமல் கால்கையை‍ ‍ உச்ச  ரித்தார்!
குதறாத வழியர்க்கோ அச்ச மென்ன?
குதர்க்கமிலார் என்றென்றும் எதற்கு மஞ்சார்,
இதற்குவர லாறிதுவாம் நேரம் தானே!

some explanation of the words used:

With ref to post #494:-

சிதறாத - referring here to evidence ( before a court,) which the judge considered to be reliable and not punctured with holes by the defence attorney in cross-examination etc.,

சான்றுகள் - evidence, oral as well as documentary and exhibits.

கண்டு - seen and examined.

கேட்டார்! - heard in hearing session.

அதிராகு - unprecedented.

பதறாத தூண் ஒத்தார் - refers here to the high stature of the accused person,
  கதறாத கட்சியினர் - the political party to which the accused belongs has been taken aback by the court decision. Previously they had never been in such position.

உதறாமல் கால்கையை*- with unshaken resolve to do justice. disregarding the stature of the accused person,
உச்ச ரித்தார்! - made decisions and passed judgment.

 குதறாத வழியர் -  குற்றங்கள் செய்து தன் வாழ்கையைக் குழப்படியில் மூழ்கடித்துவிடாத நேர்மையாளர்கள்.  குதறுதல்    messing  up,

இதற்குவர லாறிதுவாம் -    இது வரலாறு படைக்கும் நிகழ்வு என்பது குறிப்பு.
இதற்கு வேறு வரலாறு முன் இல்லை ஆகவே இதற்கு இது தான் வரலாற
