An amusing Chinese proverb. Try to understand Chinese philosophy.
“ Eat chicken follow chicken, eat ducks follow ducks " 

Explanation given :  If they eat chicken but follow ducks, or eat ducks but follow chicken, they will end up like chicken or ducks and be eaten up.

I think this can be re-expressed as:

“ Eat chicken follow chicken provider, eat ducks follow ducks  provider " 

Be loyal to the one who feeds you.
